File a DMCA Takedown Notice

Use this page to prepare a copyright takedown notice for Connections.

A DMCA takedown notice should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing content, your contact details, and the required good-faith statements. Send the completed notice to connections@dating-universe.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice".

What to include

Your notice must be complete enough for the Connections team to identify the content and contact you. Incomplete requests may take longer because we may need to ask for clarification.

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
The exact URL, profile, message, image, or other location of the allegedly infringing material.
Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

How Connections handles notices

Connections reviews DMCA notices before taking action. If a notice is valid, we may remove or disable access to the content, preserve relevant records, and notify the affected user where appropriate.

Knowingly false claims can create legal liability. Do not submit a notice unless you genuinely believe your copyright is being infringed.

Status and follow-up

For status updates, reply to your original email thread so the team can keep all evidence and correspondence together. If you need to add new URLs, include them in the same thread when possible.
